Debbie Dubeansky, Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner
Debbie Dubeansky, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, ACPHN, completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing at Columbia University School of Nursing in New York City, NY (’10, ‘13.) She then completed a year-long fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care at the Bronx VA and Mount Sinai Hospitals in Manhattan. Debbie then worked at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center until joining our team in 2017. She is very passionate about assisting patients with symptoms and pain management in order to improve quality of life throughout the entire course of illness. Debbie is also the hospice oversight person for all of our patients who have transitioned to a hospice plan of care.
Debbie grew up here in Lake County (Go Beavers!) and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also an avid Cleveland Indians fan and can often be found either at the games or watching and cheering on the Tribe!
Fundraising efforts throughout the year help LH/UH Seidman Cancer Center continue to carry out our mission to provide world-class cancer care and oncology services to residents within driving distance of Mentor and Lake County.
