Social Workers

Here at Lake Health/University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center we have social workers available to work one-on-one with you to assess any distress you may have. They are here to talk with you and your loved ones about your concerns, worries, or any uneasy feelings you may be experiencing. They can give you tips on hair, nails, and skin to restore appearance and self confidence. Our social workers will do the best they can to support your needs. They can also refer you to local resources that will also be able to help with your ongoing needs.

Our social workers are also involved with “Look Good Feel Better” which is sponsored by the American Cancer Society, and “Man to Man” which are support group meetings with speakers of interest to men with prostate cancer.

For more information please contact Kelli DiPippo at (440) 205-5464.

Fundraising efforts throughout the year help LH/UH Seidman Cancer Center continue to carry out our mission to provide world-class cancer care and oncology services to residents within driving distance of Mentor and Lake County.
